Overview

What is the Clinical Laboratory Department?

Your list of things to do and errands to run never seems to end. This reality is only compounded when you’re dealing with a medical condition, or waiting to get to the lab to drop off samples or discuss results. Luckily for our patients, your lab services are right down the hall from your doctor or specialist. Our Clinical Laboratory provides vital laboratory insight and services that help diagnose and treat diseases. Our pathologists perform laboratory tests, ensure the quality of test results, and consistently evaluate new methods and study to increase test effectiveness.

How We Are Different

Patients benefit from an integrated approach that includes departments and sub-departments working together to keep you in good health. Even if you don’t see one of our providers, you can utilize our laboratory specimen collection services at each of our clinic locations. In other words, if The Vancouver Clinic is nearby, then it’s convenient for you to get the lab services you need. You can also access results from your provider’s office electronically as soon as they are completed, which allows for a close working relationship with your clinician.
