Zizhen (Feifei) Feng, MD, PhD

Inspired by the physicians in her family, Dr. Feifei Feng knew from a young age that she wanted to be a doctor. As an oncologist, she keeps her patients well-informed so they can make the best decisions for their health. She uses individuals’ unique needs and values to tailor her approach to care. She provides comprehensive support by addressing patients’ physical and psychological needs throughout their cancer journey.
Dr. Feng treats a wide variety of cancers and blood disorders, but she has a special interest in genitourinary, gastrointestinal, thoracic, and breast oncology. She has more than a decade of cancer research experience and credits her motivation and passion to her patients’ courage and determination.
Dr. Feng completed her undergraduate studies and earned a doctor of medicine at Shandong University in Jinan, Shandong, China. She earned a doctor of philosophy in oncology through a joint program at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, and Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. She completed a residency in internal medicine at Yale New Haven Health System in Connecticut. From there, she completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon.
Outside of work, Dr. Feng enjoys hiking, razor clamming, crabbing, mushroom foraging, traveling, trying new cuisines, and taking Orangetheory Fitness classes. Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan are among her favorite places to visit.
