Sarah White, AuD
Audiologist
Sarah White makes audiology visits a positive experience by listening closely to patients and explaining information in a down-to-earth way. She believes in treating the whole person, and that hearing test results are only one part of creating a successful treatment plan.
Sarah loves helping patients improve their hearing because the results can be life-changing. She sees patients of all ages—from children to older adults. However, she is particularly careful to keep her knowledge of Disney princesses and cartoons up-to-date, as she has found that bonding over Ariel and Lightning McQueen is a surefire way to connect with kids who are feeling uncertain. She has special interests in diagnostics, amplification, and auditory processing.
Sarah earned a bachelor of arts in communication disorders and elementary education at Elms College in Chicopee, Massachusetts. She completed a master of arts in audiology at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. From there, she completed a doctor of audiology at Salus University in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.
Away from medicine, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, doing CrossFit, and painting with watercolors. She is a long-time volunteer in her church’s ministry for kids and teens. She played roller derby with the Rose City Rollers for five years, skating under the name Irie Belle.
