Dr. Sandra No builds a strong foundation with her patients by understanding what is important to their quality of life. She empowers individuals with knowledge and offers treatment options that fit their values and lifestyle. Her goal with every appointment is to help patients optimize their health in mind, body, and spirit.
Dr. No is passionate about advocating for patients. She is particularly interested in preventative and lifestyle medicine. She provides education and encouragement to her patients so they can take steps to improve their health.
Dr. No earned a bachelor of arts in integrative physiology at the University of Colorado Boulder in Boulder, Colorado. She earned a master of biomedical sciences at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. From there, she completed her doctor of osteopathic medicine at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Englewood, Colorado.
Away from work, Dr. No loves all things outdoors, including hiking, paddleboarding, and snow tubing. She enjoys discovering new foods, particularly Asian cuisines. While she likes adventure, she is also fond of days spent at home doing 3D puzzles, painting, and watching movies. In elementary school, she was inspired to play the clarinet by Squidward on SpongeBob SquarePants and went on to perform several solos.
