Rachel Archer, AuD
Audiologist
As an audiologist, Rachel Archer understands that individuals have different goals for their hearing health. She listens closely and helps patients create the best plan for their unique needs.
Rachel finds it rewarding to improve patients’ daily lives by finding the right hearing aid fit for each person. She has a particular interest in auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing. She has experience working with adult and pediatric patients.
Rachel earned a bachelor of science in speech pathology and audiology at the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas. She earned a doctor of audiology at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
Away from work, Rachel plays kickball, creates wood burning crafts, and reads a lot of fiction. She enjoys taking walks around the neighborhood and exploring the city with her husband and baby. In high school, she became a published poet. No stranger to adventure, she has hiked mountains while carrying her baby and lived in six different states since college.
