Nicolas (Nick) VanDomelen, DPT
Physical Therapist
Nick VanDomelen listens to each patient and educates them about their condition. He partners with them to craft a treatment plan that helps them reach their mobility, activity, and pain-relief goals. He enjoys helping patients uncover what they can do to achieve a positive outcome.
Nick focuses on finding movements and exercises that are achievable for every patient. He is passionate about supporting athletes and active individuals who want to return to the sports and activities they love. He also enjoys helping people with concussions and those on the hypermobility spectrum. He loves working with anyone with nagging injuries or pains that they attribute to “getting old” and showing them what they can get back to.
Nick earned a bachelor of science in kinesiology at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. After completing his degree, he spent two years living and teaching in Vietnam. He then returned to the U.S., where he completed his doctor of physical therapy at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York in Buffalo, New York.
Away from medicine, Nick enjoys hiking, camping, backpacking, and motorcycle and dirt bike riding with his wife. The couple also likes to cook and bake together. Nick believes that there are few things better than the smell of freshly baked bread, pies, and cookies.
