Physician Assistant
Muk Bohling helps patients feel comfortable and cared for, easing their anxiety during medical conversations and treatments. As the Infusion Center’s clinician, she ensures individuals are handling their medications well. She appreciates the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients as they receive ongoing treatments.
Muk also supports the lung cancer screening program at the clinic by helping patients understand the risks and benefits and walking them through the enrollment process. In addition, she works with individuals who are quitting tobacco, helping them stick to their cessation plan and manage their medications.
Muk earned a master of science in physician assistant studies and a master of public health from Touro University in Vallejo, California. She also holds a bachelor of science in medical technology from Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand. Before coming to Vancouver Clinic, she worked as a senior clinical laboratory scientist in Reno, Nevada, and as a physician assistant with Providence Medical Group in Portland, Oregon. She is fluent in Thai and conversant in Lao.
Away from work, Muk enjoys spending time with her husband and sons. She likes to cook authentic Thai food, hike, and travel.
