McKenna Belzer, MD
Diagnostic Radiologist / Breast Imaging
Dr. McKenna Belzer treats each patient with honesty, empathy, and respect. She believes that people are unique and counsels them in a way that respects their individuality. She always strives to put patients at ease, particularly during stressful procedures.
As a radiologist focusing on breast imaging, she enjoys the opportunity to work closely with patients and their care team. Being able to watch a woman progress and become disease-free is one of the most rewarding parts of her specialty.
Dr. Belzer earned a bachelor of arts in biochemistry from Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga, California. She earned a doctor of medicine from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. She completed an internship in internal medicine at the Boise VA Medical Center in Boise, Idaho, part of the University of Washington School of Medicine program. She completed a residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in women’s imaging at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Belzer is married with young children and a Labradoodle at home. She learned to water ski when she was four years old and looks forward to getting out on the lake every summer. She also enjoys skiing on Mount Hood and taking her family to the zoo and the Oregon Coast. She played competitive soccer for 15 years and loves to cheer on women’s soccer teams.
