She completed her residency at Providence Portland Medical Center.
Dr. Seymour employs a patient-centered approach. One of her greatest joys as a physician is getting to know patients well over time. Cultivating and maintaining those relationships allows her to provide high-quality, thoughtful care that’s tailored to an individual’s life.
As a doctor, she believes in the power of preventative care and patient education. She is particularly interested in women’s health.
Dr. Seymour has been practicing yoga for more than a decade. She continues to be in awe of the positive impact of yoga on the human body. In her spare time, Dr. Seymour also enjoys Zumba, reading, hiking, camping, skiing, singing, and spending time with her husband and family.
