Kristen Pittman, CPNP
Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Kristen Pittman is passionate about promoting the health and wellness of children. She partners closely with families, building lasting relationships and supporting every phase of kids’ growth and development. She believes that a wide variety of parenting styles can enable children to flourish and enjoys helping families discover approaches that work for them.
Kristen maintains special interests in newborn care, breastfeeding and lactation support, behavioral health, and injury prevention.
Born and raised in Longview, Washington, Kristen earned a bachelor of science in psychology at Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania. She went on to complete a bachelor of science in nursing and a master of science in nursing at Columbia University School of Nursing in New York, New York.
Away from medicine, Kristen and her husband are kept busy by their four young daughters. The family attends many soccer games, enjoys Friday pizza and family movie nights, and tries out new recipes, such as homemade sourdough crepes. When it’s time to recharge, Kristen will take a spin class, read, or crank up some ’80s soft rock.
