Kristen Disbrow believes each patient is unique and requires a treatment approach that is tailored to their individual needs and goals. She focuses on creating personalized plans that blend manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education to help people recover quickly. She feels that the greatest gains in physical therapy occur when patients are invested in the treatment plan and work as a team with their provider.

Kristen started her career with extensive training in manual therapy. She has studied many different treatment techniques over the years and enjoys analyzing which method will be most effective for each patient. Kristen is BikeFit® certified and helps patients who cycle find an ideal position to prevent repetitive injuries. She is also ASTYM® certified.

Kristen graduated with a bachelor of arts in exercise science from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. She earned a master of science in physical therapy from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.

Away from work, Kristen enjoys cycling, running, and volunteering at church. She and her husband have three boys and spend much of their time cheering on their kids’ athletic endeavors.
