Family Nurse Practitioner
Kat loves helping people get back to their best selves through a good night’s rest. She helps patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options so they can make the right decisions for their wellness.
Kat sees patients for a variety of sleep disorders but has a particular interest in sleep apnea. She educates individuals on how to use CPAP and BiPAP machines to manage their condition.
Kat Campos credits her mom, a retired nurse, for inspiring her to become a clinician. Kat earned a bachelor of science in nursing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She earned a master of science in family nursing at the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles, California. She is board-certified in family medicine. She has worked as a family nurse practitioner in a variety of settings, including an American Academy of Sleep Medicine-accredited sleep center.
Away from work, Kat loves to explore local trails with her silky terrier. She spends a lot of time at the gym practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. On rainy days, she enjoys staying home and cooking Filipino dishes inspired by her childhood favorites.
