Joseph (Joey) Domek, DPT
Physical Therapist
Joey Domek collaborates with physical therapy patients, making their rehabilitation a team effort. He listens closely to patients’ concerns, answers questions, and provides tools tailored to their needs. His goal is for individuals to have an informed voice in their recovery.
Joey had the opportunity to study sports medicine in high school and realized that the specialization combined his drive to help people with his passion for orthopedics. He loves being a physical therapist because his patients are active participants in their healing. He finds it extremely rewarding to create therapy plans that make his patients stronger and more functional than before treatment.
Joey received his bachelor of science in kinesiology at Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) in Parkland, Washington. He earned his doctor of physical therapy at Eastern Washington University in Cheney. He has a special interest in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. Joey is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and enjoys working with competitive and recreational athletes.
Away from medicine, Joey works out and participates in a recreational flag football league. To relax, he plays video games with friends and practices his guitar. Joey played four years of college football at PLU. He is a football coach with Union High School. Throughout his life, Joey has broken a total of 11 bones.
