Jordan Ek received a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University in 2006 followed by a master’s degree in Physical Therapy from California State University Northridge in 2011. His keen interest in the musculoskeletal system lead to a strong emphasis in orthopedics.
Jordan’s treatment approach is a blend of hands on manual therapy techniques combined with therapeutic exercise to get the best results for his patients. He also places a strong emphasis on patient education, helping people to successfully manage their condition on their own.
Outside of work, Jordan is an avid backpacker, cyclist and hockey player. Because of his active lifestyle, Jordan understands that physical activities are most enjoyable when the body is at its best. This inspires him to help others to be able to enjoy the things that they love to do in a body that is up to the challenge.
