Jeremy Houtsma works with patients to reveal their inner strengths and help them navigate difficult situations. A strong believer in the mind-body connection, he helps people explore how their physical and emotional health can come together to help them live a healthy and well-balanced life.

Jeremy is passionate about working with people who are in transitional periods of their lives, helping them navigate the emotional difficulties that significant changes can bring. He particularly enjoys working with young adults experiencing depression and anxiety as they enter adulthood.

Jeremy completed his undergraduate studies at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. From there, he completed a master of arts in counseling psychology at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology in Seattle, Washington. He is a licensed mental health counselor with over a decade of counseling experience.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. Often found in his home studio, he records music and produces a podcast. Originally from the East Coast, he spent his early 20s working as a production assistant in New York City.
