Jennifer (Jen) Harder, MSW, LICSW
Social Worker
Jen Harder believes that therapy needs to be tailored to people’s unique needs and should harness the personal strengths that they have already developed. She loves talking to people and hearing their stories, then coming up with a plan to help them through their challenges. Jen treats the whole person, taking into account their physical, mental, social, and emotional health.
Jen provides long-term therapy to patients with depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and psychotic disorders. She specializes in substance use disorders and their interactions with other mental health conditions. She offers evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and motivational interviewing.
Jen earned a bachelor of science in psychology from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington. She earned a master of social work from Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Washington. She is a licensed independent clinical social worker and a substance use disorder professional.
In her free time, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She’s an avid reader, snowboarder, and gardener.
