Jenika Ferretti-Gallon, MD

Dr. Jenika Ferretti-Gallon helps people of all ages feel and breathe better. She takes the time to get to know individuals and fully understand their needs. She uses a team-based approach to advocate for patients and improve their quality of life by finding the best treatment option for them.
Dr. Ferretti-Gallon has a special interest in food allergies, asthma, eczema, allergic rhinitis, and the impact of climate change on allergic disease and public health. In addition to allergy shots, she is excited about new, cutting-edge developments in allergy medicine, including the growing field of biologic therapy and sublingual immunotherapy.
Dr. Ferretti-Gallon earned a bachelor of arts in political science at Columbia University in New York, New York. She completed a post-baccalaureate pre-medical program at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She earned a doctor of medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. From there, she completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. She then completed her fellowship in allergy and immunology at UC Davis Health in Sacramento, California.
Away from medicine, Dr. Ferretti-Gallon enjoys hiking, canoe camping, skiing, playing tennis, attending live music events, and exploring local food scenes. She plans to learn how to kiteboard in Hood River and plant a vegetable garden. In medical school, she competed in a regional medical wilderness adventure race, and her team earned the title of Mid-Atlantic MedWAR Champion. Passionate about giving back, she has participated in a number of volunteer events locally and abroad, including in Peru, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic.
