Jasdeep (JD) Sandhu, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Physician Assistant JD Sandhu recognizes that sleep problems are disruptive and impact patients’ ability to feel good, function well during the day, socialize with friends, and take care of their families. His priority is to help improve his patients’ sleep quality and, therefore, their quality of life.
JD believes that education is a critical component of a care plan. When patients understand their health issues and options they are better able to commit to the treatment process. JD sees patients with a variety of sleep-related issues, but he has a special interest in sleep apnea, insomnia, and restless leg syndrome.
JD started his medical career in clinical research at Seattle Children’s Hospital in Seattle, Washington. He quickly realized that what he loved most about his job was talking with patients and learning about their health. He decided that he wanted to help patients in a more direct way and enrolled in graduate school. JD earned a master’s in physician assistant studies from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. He also holds a bachelor of science in neurobiology from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.
In his spare time, JD enjoys exercising at the gym, reading true crime novels, playing video games, and listening to hip-hop music. Above all else, he loves to spend time with family and friends—particularly when delicious food is involved.
