Heather Pace provides a safe, non-judgmental space for patients to learn more about themselves. She helps individuals discover new approaches to living a satisfying life and maintaining fulfilling relationships. She views people holistically and strives to understand them from all angles: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Heather is passionate about relationships—both the ones people have with themselves and the ones they have with others. She believes that trauma, anxiety, depression, and physical issues impact how individuals perceive themselves and others. She supports patients in understanding how to break maladaptive cycles so they can become more accepting of themselves.

Heather earned a bachelor of science in psychology at Washington State University in Vancouver, Washington. She earned a master of arts in counseling at Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon. She is a licensed mental health counselor and a licensed professional counselor.

Away from work, Heather enjoys reading books on therapy practices, going to local theater productions, digging into true crime mysteries, playing with her French bulldog, and spending time with good friends. She is married and has three adult children. Although she is very wise, she never had any wisdom teeth.
