Hannah Ketch, PharmD
Clinical Pharmacist
Hannah Ketch partners with patients to meet their health goals through effective medication management. She provides guidance that helps patients avoid adverse side effects, decrease the number of pills they take, and find the most cost-effective options for their medications.
Hannah has a special interest in chronic disease management, particularly hypertension and diabetes. Transitional care pharmacy—assisting patients with medication management following a hospital stay—is another area of clinical pharmacy that she finds rewarding.
Hannah completed her undergraduate requirements and earned a doctor of pharmacy at the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, Rhode Island. She completed her residency in pharmacy practice at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, traveling, playing kickball, and exploring all of the delicious food in Portland. She grew up in the other Portland—Portland, Maine. When she moved to the Pacific Northwest, she embraced the area’s beauty and outdoor opportunities by completing 52 hikes in her first year here.
