Guenever Parsley, DNP
Guenever Parsley guides patients along their unique wellness journey. She encourages individuals to share their knowledge about their own body and personal experiences so that she can help them formulate goals and plans that work for them. She enjoys offering treatment options that address mental, physical, spiritual, and social needs and discussing the pros and cons of different approaches. She is honored to have patients share their joys and vulnerabilities with her.
Guenever uses as many tools as possible to help patients. She is willing to offer referrals to practitioners of non-traditional medicine and to incorporate alternative approaches. Guenever has a special interest in supporting intimate partner, child, and elder abuse survivors and helping to reduce the long-term impacts of the abuse on their health. She is also passionate about improving the quality of life of individuals with complex, chronic diseases.
Guenever earned a bachelor of science in nursing and a master of science in nurse teaching at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. She completed her doctor of nursing practice at the University of Portland in Portland, Oregon.
Away from medicine, Guenever enjoys traveling with her family and practicing her skills as a photographer. She is learning how to play the acoustic guitar and paint with acrylics. She has two dogs who love taking her for walks at Lacamas Lake. Guenever is a founding member of Friends of Camas Arts, which raises money and awareness for the arts programs at Camas High School.
