Elizabeth Cook, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Elizabeth Cook believes health care is a partnership between a patient and their provider. She always strives to treat her patients as she would want her family to be treated. Beth enjoys educating her patients, helping them make good choices, and motivating them to create healthy lifestyles.
Beth is respectful of, and provides services to, the LGBTQ community. She is also honored to care for military servicemen and women, police officers, and firefighters. Her father served in the Army, and she understands the emotional toll this can have on families, as well as the stress it can create for those in uniform. Caring for community servants and their families is one of the ways she gives back.
Beth holds a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a bachelor of science in nursing from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland.
She enjoys kayaking, golfing, and skiing.
