Dr. Sprague completed his undergraduate degree at Colorado College earning a BA in Biology. After two years of performing research at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD, he went on to receive his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Gastroenterology & Hepatology at University of Colorado Denver.
On a personal note…
Dr. Sprague enjoys all aspects of gastroenterology but has a particular interest in the management of liver diseases. He is committed to providing quality, compassionate, patient-centered care.
Dr. Sprague was born and raised in Denver, CO. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors biking, hiking, golfing, and skiing.
