David Chang, MD
Diagnostic Radiologist
Dr. David Chang has always been fascinated by science and medical research. When he followed his father’s footsteps into medicine, he chose a specialty that allowed him to look at the body from the inside out. Dr. Chang enjoys not only the evolving technology behind radiology, but the 3D thinking required to analyze an image and accurately diagnose a patient. When he’s reading studies and discussing findings with other physicians, he appreciates that his work is essential to patient care.
Dr. Chang earned a bachelor of science in biology from Stanford University in Stanford, California. He earned a doctor of medicine and a master of business administration from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. He completed a residency in radiology and fellowship in neuroradiology at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. He is board certified in radiology and neuroradiology.
Away from medicine, Dr. Chang likes to play the piano and spend time with his family. He enjoys supporting his children’s activities—whether it’s attending a squash tournament or listening to a cello concert.
