Dr. Cristina Swanson enjoys working alongside her patients to develop treatment plans that alleviate symptoms and help people feel better. She educates individuals about allergy testing, allergic diseases, and therapies so that they can make informed decisions about their health.

Dr. Swanson treats a variety of conditions, including environmental, food, and venom allergies; asthma; hives; and allergic skin conditions. She has a special interest in pediatric allergies and loves caring for children.

Dr. Swanson was raised in Portland, Oregon. She earned a bachelor of science at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She went on to earn a doctorate in immunology at National Jewish Health in Denver, Colorado, and a doctor of medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver. Dr. Swanson completed a residency in pediatrics at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. She completed an allergy and immunology fellowship at the University of Washington. She is board certified in pediatrics and allergy and immunology.

Away from medicine, Dr. Swanson enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her son. Their favorite activities include baking, doing puzzles, and exploring the beach.
