Catherine (Katie) Schefter Sheron, LMHC
Mental Health Counselor
Catherine (Katie) Schefter Sheron believes that people are resilient and deeply resourceful, not broken and in need of fixing. She is honored to hear patients’ life stories and to partner with them as they transform pain into hope.
Katie works with adults who experience a range of mental health symptoms. She is sensitive to the impact previous trauma may have made and approaches each person with compassion and understanding.
Katie earned a master of arts in counseling at Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon. She holds a bachelor of arts in music from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She is a licensed mental health counselor in Washington state. Katie has experience working in both group and private practice and caring for individuals, couples, and families.
A trained opera singer, Katie loves to belt out Broadway show tunes. She spends most of her free time cheering on her kids at their sporting events, walking her two dogs, and downhill skiing.
