Carrie Caruthers, MD
Allergist / Immunologist
Dr. Caruthers attended medical school at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans and was selected to serve as Chief Resident. She completed her Allergy and Immunology fellowship at Saint Louis University in Missouri.
She cares for patients of all ages who have allergies, asthma and immunodeficiencies. Dr. Caruthers treats each of her patients as if they were family and takes into consideration their entire medical story. She works with her patients to create an individualized plan of care to allow them to function without limitations. Her medical interests are asthma, food allergies including eosinophilic esophagitis, eczema, hay fever (allergic rhinitis), chronic cough, drug allergies and immunodeficiencies.
She is excited to be back in the Pacific Northwest where she was living prior to starting her medical career. She enjoys spending time in the beautiful outdoors, gardening, and cooking with her husband.
