Benjamin Rader, DO
Urgent Care Physician
Dr. Benjamin Rader believes the most important role a physician plays is that of a teacher. He ensures patients understand their diagnoses and the steps they can take to feel better. This approach allows him to develop strong relationships with individuals and inspire them to take an active role in achieving wellness.
Dr. Rader is board certified in emergency medicine and has experience working as an attending emergency physician at a local hospital. He appreciates the diverse health concerns he is able to treat as a physician in Urgent Care. He values the opportunity to make an immediate difference in his patients’ lives.
Dr. Rader earned a bachelor of science in philosophy at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon. He earned a doctor of osteopathic medicine at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. From there, he completed a residency in emergency medicine at the State University of New York at Buffalo in Buffalo, New York.
Outside of work, Dr. Rader enjoys fly fishing, playing disc golf, and hiking. He loves spending time with his wife and two dogs. He plays a mean game of pinball.
