Dr. Beeta Shasti-Nazem considers it a responsibility and a privilege to care for patients when they are vulnerable. Her goal is to improve people’s quality of life by thoughtfully managing concerns and preventing disease development. She takes a comprehensive approach to care, understanding each symptom and lab result to zero in on the root cause of dysfunction. She believes that for the whole body to feel healthy, each part must work in harmony.
Dr. Shasti-Nazem cares for adults of all ages. She has a special interest in infectious diseases, endocrinology, hospital medicine, and critical care.
Dr. Shasti-Nazem earned a bachelor of science in biochemistry from the University of Washington in Bothell, Washington. She completed her doctor of osteopathic medicine at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in Yakima, Washington.
Dr. Shasti-Nazem and her husband have a dog and two cats. They spend much of their free time traveling and working out.
