Arundhati Undurti Headrick, MD, PhD
Dr. Undurti Headrick believes that physical health and mental health are intertwined. She enjoys getting to know each patient and their family. She considers trust and empathy to be the foundation of exceptional care. A firm believer in collaboration, Dr. Undurti Headrick works with each individual to choose the evidence-based treatment that will be the most successful for them.
Dr. Undurti Headrick specializes in reproductive psychiatry, which encompasses the reproductive lifespan of women. She sees patients for PMDD (premenstrual dysphoria) and during pregnancy, the postpartum period, perimenopause, and menopause. She has deep experience in pregnancy and postpartum mental health.
Dr. Undurti Headrick earned her doctor of medicine at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed her general adult psychiatry residency at the University of Washington in Seattle. She is certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International.
Outside of work, Dr. Undurti Headrick likes to read, travel, and spend time outdoors.
