Andrew Sahnow, DPT

Andrew Sahnow earned a doctor of physical therapy from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. He is a certified provider of the ASTYM® System, a treatment designed to regenerate healthy soft tissues. He has also completed coursework with the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy, along with other orthopedic classes.
Andrew treats sports and running injuries; neck, back, and extremity pain and dysfunction; occupational injuries; car accident and whiplash injuries; post-surgical, balance, and gait disorders; headaches; and jaw joint and muscle dysfunctions.
He offers a variety of treatment techniques. Andrew employs therapeutic exercises to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and conditioning. He also offers manual therapy—including joint and soft-tissue mobilizations, and myofascial release—and works with patients on lumbar stabilization and intensive therapeutic back exercise programs. He uses traction, electrical stimulation, and heat and cold as part of patients’ rehabilitation programs, when needed.
Away from work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, participating in church activities, and studying the Bible.
