Physician Assistant
As a physician assistant specializing in orthopedics, Allison Brian is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love. Whether it’s getting an athlete back on the field post-injury or enabling a grandparent to chase a grandchild in the park, she enjoys supporting her patients’ progression.
Allison values open communication and believes that strong provider-patient relationships set the stage for successful outcomes. She is dedicated to ensuring people receive the education they need and excellent care from start to finish.
Allison earned a master of science in physician assistant studies, as well as a bachelor of science in health science from Philadelphia University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Vancouver Clinic, Allison worked for an orthopedics practice in Maryland and participated in several overseas medical trips. During her PA training, she traveled to Panama and Honduras as a volunteer for Global Medical Brigades. Later, she was part of a team of medical professionals that traveled to Managua, Nicaragua. There she assisted with total knee replacements, taught suturing skills to students, and provided basic medical care to patients.
Allison values health, wellness, family, travel, and the outdoors. She is a vegan and appreciates the opportunity to discover new delicious foods. She enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing.
