Aaron Anderson, MD
Dr. Aaron Anderson enjoys working with individuals of all ages to help them live, play, and compete without pain. As a sports medicine physician, he treats everyone from athletes struggling with injuries to elderly individuals dealing with arthritis and joint problems. He finds it incredibly rewarding to help people return to being active and improve their wellness.
While Dr. Anderson is adept at treating all types of musculoskeletal issues, he has a special interest in sports injuries. He has deep experience in healing chronic tendon pain in the shoulders, elbows, knees, and feet using a minimally invasive, outpatient procedure.
Dr. Anderson received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. He completed his residency in family medicine at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. He went on to finish a sports medicine fellowship at Boise State University with the Idaho Sports Medicine Institute.
In his free time, Dr. Anderson enjoys mountain biking, running, and playing squash. He also volunteers as the team physician for the Union High School football team in Vancouver. He and his wife have a son and daughter. The family enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, and snowboarding together.
