We’d like to invite you to interview for our Patient Service Specialist position with our Patient Service Center on Tuesday, 11/07, and Wednesday, 11/08. RSVP to be scheduled for an interview between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday or between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday. You will have an opportunity to complete a 30-minute interview with our hiring team for an open position!
Full-time and part-time positions are available. Full time positions are 10:45 am – 7:15 pm. Part time positions are 8:30 am – 12:30 pm, Monday through Saturday, with one weekday and Sunday off. The right candidate will complete a training period, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (approximately 4-5 weeks).
There is an opportunity to work remotely after successful completion of training and certain metric requirements (approximately 6 months).
In this role, you will provide excellent customer service over the telephone in a call center environment in Battle Ground, WA. Will serve as a front-line agent, processing vast amounts of information and serving as an important resource for questions and guidance to our patients through the scheduling process.
