Full-time positions are available. Full-time positions are 10:45 a.m.—7:15 p.m. The right candidate will complete a training period, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.—5 p.m. (approximately 4-5 weeks). There is an opportunity to work remotely after successful completion of training and certain metric requirements (approximately 6 months).
In this role you will provide excellent customer service over the telephone in a Call Center environment in Battle Ground, WA. Will serve as a front line agent, processing vast amounts of information and serve as an important resource for questions and guidance to our patients through the scheduling process.
